WHAT WE ARE ABOUT

The Music Ministry of St. Boniface features several all-volunteer groups.  The St. Boniface Chorale is our adult choir.  Our purpose is to provide musical leadership for major services and community events.  That includes hymn singing; preparation and presentation of anthems; small groups; solos; and duets, when appropriate, and offering a variety of musical styles.  Our intent is to have a broad enough repertoire to be able to make everyone feel musically at home at St. Boniface.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We generally practice immediately before the main service each Sunday and one evening each week.  In keeping with Psalm 150, we are supported by numerous instrumental musicians and welcome more.  To date, we have featured guitars, flute, trumpets, electronic keyboard, piano, organ, recorders, and percussion of several varieties.

OUR PLANS

Our future plans include learning new styles of music to expand our range. We are also considering a music workshop weekend to increase congregational participation in all things musical.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

As is true of just about every activity at St. Boniface, the Chorale and all our music ministries are open to everyone.  We eagerly seek new members.  Please come and join us!
